When a player selects the market tab he/she is then able to scroll through a list of All available offers, and select the one they want.

From personal experience this is not the case i've found that the "Best deal is 4200 crowns while one on the Market was 4000 crowns
It already picks the best offer for you. This wouldn't really do anything for anyone.
