why dont I have luck?!?!?!

the title is self explanatory I just dont have luck and am forced to watch my younger brothers good luck. for the past 2 weeks hes gotten really lucky

1. he made a glacuis and got jelly low ( natural UV)

2. he made a dark thorn blade and got a ASI very high ( natural UV )

3. got 1k ce from a tier one noob for 10k cr (0.0)

BUT WAIT THERES MORE

4. got a gran faust as a drop ( xD)

to rub salt on the wound my sister who also plays this game got 2k ce free from one of her friends XD

Several times I saw my best friend In-Game, roll UV's on his items. For instance: Asi VH on his kilowatt.... Asi VH on his poison catalyzer. 3 UV's on his shivermist. 2 UV's on his strike needle...

XD the best UV i have is a CTR low on my DA...
