I have about $20 to waste on SK for the fun of it and I wanted some opinions from you guys on what I should do ...

OPTION 1:
Just get a starter pack with all the items and bonuses

OPTION 2:
Get an elevator pass and start JK running from the mission menu like there's no tomorrow for the next month.
(Reason I'm doing from the missions menu is cause I need time efficient runs. I dislike having to go through D8-D14 sometimes just to get to JK.)

OPTION 3:
Not my favored one but I could just buy a bunch of CE

So I could really use some suggestions to find a way I want to spend my money ...

Any other ideas would be helpful too! :)

P.S. I'm a bit skeptical about purchasing expansion missions so any tips on those would be nice

...

Some people may hate me for this, but I say:
1)Elevator Pass
2)Expansion Mission (Be well prepared even or T1. I was caught off guard. This was tough, but the T3 benefits are awesome. It's good to buy now and not when it gets more expensive later)
3)Energy for CRAFTING ONLY. You will really need it for new armor to bypass JK and Gremmy.
...all together. It's $20 right?

Ooh! $20!

lulz, you're lucky ^.^ Well, here's my advice-

I had about $12 just recently and I spent it on ce (specifically the love aura promo and a $2 energy pack) and an ele pass.
- With the 1600 energy (that'd be the love aura pack) I managed to upgrade my fave weapon from 4* to 5* and my kilowatt pulsar + my nightblade to their 4* upgrades.
- With the $2 I upgraded my Ashtail Cap to Skolver.
- With the ele pass I've managed to gain over 50k from the missions and JK/FSC running.

I believe, that if you have enough money to spend that this is the best way to go (elepass/ce). This supports instant upgrades which are always nice and sets you up to acquire a quite sufficient crown supply so you can use in game cash rather then real money to upgrade the rest of your gear.

The starter pack is...eh.. ok, but, imo, definitely not the most productive path.

I would recommend not

I would recommend not spending any money on the game right now. The developers are going through a phase right now of starting to make things pay only, like the Expansion Missions. Buying CE before was understood as being able to use CE to obtain anything....good as money.....but now CE cannot buy you access to the Expansion Missions, so CE is not good as money. Therefore I recommend you hang on to your money as it'll give you more options later than if you buy CE.

Buy...

Buy the expansion missions , an elevator pass and nothing else

that leaves you with 10$ to wait for them to come out with more dreaded pay-only content

I would say buy a starter

I would say buy a starter pack over an elevator pass if you don't have much time to play. And the other way around if you do.
