So I noticed PayByCash accepted Ultimate Game Cards. I got one from target, but now when I try to use it They ask for EVERYTHING ABOUT ME!!!! WHY???? Can't I just have myself be private? I don't have a Credit Card. Please. I spent 20$ so I could get expansion.

I would imagine the only info that needs to be true is your username.
Your real name, address, phone number, etc have no bearing on the game.
As a disclaimer..... I could be wrong, but it does not seem that personal info is tied to your game account in any way.

Don't have to give your info.
You could lie, but if anything happens they have no way of getting to you.
FYI, something very rarely goes wrong.
You'll still get your CE and everything.
I recommend giving your info though, it won't be shared, and you won't be contacted unless something goes wrong and the chances of that are extremely slim.

I've used both the ultimate game card and steam in the past. I gave them my personal information and have yet to face repercussion. Usually the gathering of information that companies do are for advertising to try and get you to buy things. The worst that could happen is that someone tries to market themselves at you.

at worst, make a free email
at worst, make a free email account through gmail/yahoo/etc and route any junk mail requests to it. Check it to make sure you click stuff that needs clicking, but otherwise leave it to rot.
