Simply put - We need a page.

We would need a template, a sortable table would work nicely - with the following information: Names of the individual vendors, available recipes for each vendor, the cost of the recipes, the rank required to attain each recipe, and information about the-guy-who-gives-certification-and-I-cannot-remember-his-name-and-the-game-is-down-right-now.

The reason I'm posting this, rather than just making the page, is twofold:
First, I do not (as of yet) know how to make sortable tables.
Second, I would like to know if there is a compiled source of such information already. If so, where? If not, then this thread can serve as a good place to put such information.

TL;DR: We need a hall of heroes page, want to help?
