Here's how this is going to work:
You guys create a costume that I will wear and the winner gets an accessory from my arsenal, or, CE!
RULES
-total spending cap = 4kce
-must include at LEAST one accessory
-must have a name
-can't be a costume that I have already worn (only wear my mustache costume and sonic bomber, really.)
-SOME sort of photo of the costume

I got the idea from a post on these forums about how the Chaos Cowl and Azure Guardian Armor looked like something from Assassin's Creed, so I decided to go with that and add some other appropriate gear. It may or may not be under the spending cap, but it looks good all the same! =)

The point of this is to make me a costume I am going to wear in haven, I am going to buy the costumes, you just think of the look of my character. No spending on YOUR part.
I do tend to switch costumes A LOT but all that you really need to know is that my personal color is "Sky" which is lighter blue, I guess if you were looking to make a costume featuring my personal color *wink* that's all you need to know!
