Game won't install

whenever it starts it stays at 0% and says
"The application has failed to launch due to the following error:
Unexpected end of file from server
Please visit
for information on how to handle such problems"
can anybody tell me what this means and how to fix whatever is wrong?

Try doing a clean reinstall
Try doing a clean reinstall by deleting all files that were created in your AppData folder
Have you tried both the web client and the downloadable installer?
