Greetings knights,
a couple of things happened recently, forcing me to think matters over. All things considered, the final verdict came out to be: It is time for me to move on.
The part about my decision which concerns you, the community, is that I will be (in fact: already did) retiring The Scrapyard. A note was left on my website for those who care about the SpiralSpy application.

The whole Fan Art community will be tearing out their hair (I know I am) if you go D: , your program means so much to everyone who uses it, if you vanish will be left to worship you like some mythical god from times past and doing all sorts of ritualistic sacrifices in your name as we recall the golden era of SK of yore! Your program created a whole entire new branch of Fan Art which has become one of the most popular and successful forms of fan appreciation, OOO has just lost great face in their own Fan Art/Fiction community, the very people who are/were most inspired by Spiral Knights.
Hey OOO, if you continue this way your literally going to lose everyone who has clout in the community, and when they go they'll take many of their followers with them, is that what you want Nick? Congrats on killing your own creation.

You and The Scrapyard will be missed. However, I always commend someone for actually sticking to their guns. I can't count the number of people who did nothing but spew non-constructive whining when they learned of the DLC, but now have a rocket powered hammer.
