So far, the boss gates are slightly higher in depth than from the arcades, which may contribute to lower cr payout.
Missions rjp do seem to have different enemies, some of the T3 jellies seems to have been changed to the weaker t2's.

boss missions.
Boss missions = less crowns in trade for easily-eraned tokens. Just grab a group of friends, some CE, and you are good to go.
