Now that Kozma's shop is gone, do I have to just keep doing arcade runs until Basil has the recipe in stock?

I know some of Kozma's recipes are in the AH atm. I'm looking for the 4-starred Calibur though, but it's looking like Basil's the only merch who might have it.

If you finish the ranked missions, the (current) final Hall of Heroes holds most all of the 4* recipes, Ascended Calibur included, methinks.

Keep doing the Missions.
Later on, you'll get the Whole Cobalt Line Recipes, plus Weapons, for Free.

What Iron said. The rank missions will get you all the 'Kozma set' recipes. Just look for the ones that have them listed in their 'completion rewards' section.
