Its depends on ur own style
Its depends on ur own style like if u farm jelly king a lot then nightblade..
But i still prefer calibur since it was normal damage sword it good for anything.

P.S. : there is no way to answer your question in your case without more details. There is no "better" between the 2, they fit different roles.

That's two enemy types out of 6.
That's two enemy types out of 6. And you can easily carry a second weapon to negate that problem.
