My fps is ussually pretty low when i'm in the twin's levels (the twins, and the 2 levels before), not sure why though. (specially since my compuer can run any other level with very high fps. along with games that require much more from my computer)
Anyway, i've tried the twins three times now.
First time i got about 3 minutes into the first level, my game froze, and exited. No connection error, no crash error message, nothing, it just stoped.
Second time: I made it all the way to the twins, but when the boss fight started, I froze for a minute, and it exits again, no messages given,'
Third time (just now), got to the 2nd part of the factory, only to have the game crash, again. With no messages.
If anyone else has had this issue, and knows how to fix it, or maybe some way to get the game to tell me what exactally went wrong, i'd be very happy.
(And it shouldn't be anything on my end, like my computer being unable to run certain monsters, because i've done dozens of Jelly King/snarble runs, Along with fought all the NPC's before.
And i guess i should add, once my friend invited me right before the boss battle against the twins, and i actually managed to fight them, win, and get a single token. So its not some sort of missing model glitch, either..
Anyway, help would be appreciated!
IMF has a good reputation of lagging the hell out of computers, including mine, as well as the SL IMF.
I suspect a few things that causes this problem of yours:
1. Not enough RAM/memory dedicated to graphics/gaming
2. Your CPU not being able to handle the CPU heavy floors such as drops/loots, missiles and their explosion, electric traps etc.
3. Your Java is outdated (most unlikely)
Also, when a game closes with no connection error or no crash error message; it means that the computer had to force close the game to prevent the computer itself from crashing.
The reason your computer was able to handle RT, through your friend's invite, was because all the ememies/script-based battles were already killed/completed and therefore your computer didnt have to expend CPU power to sustain them.
Also, RJP doesnt really lag any decent computer much. Also, im assuming, by the information that you have given, that you're not T3 yet and that you havent experience the FSC lag. If your computer cant even handle IMF's lag, then FSC will probably break your game.
(tl;dr) Its time for you to get a new computer.
