The 3 things, OOO has done for you.

Rage quitters seem to have shut themselves now, but the Forum just looks all clutter and randomness in my eyes right now.
While its like that, might as well keep it like that for variety :D
How about we each post 3 specific things that you like that OOO has done with the game.
For me:
Support/GMs are very helpful and quick to reply. Maximum wait was only a day, which was reasonable since I mailed them near midnight.
New content released was worked on thuroughly, not quick to throw out. Love the DLC Crimson Order.
Servers were made when asked for (repeatedly before it came in >_>) And updates to cope with graphical lag and such were made.
Got a LOT more, but these are the highlights to me (that I can randomly list off the top of my head.)
How about you all?

Far more content released far quicker than any other mmo I've ever played, good customer support, test servers, fast bug repairs. And the new map designs are beautiful.

It's going to be difficult to only pick three but I'll try :)
............Can I just say I love the whole game?
I love the graphics; how everything is......cute is a good word I guess.
I love the variety of armors/weapons/accessories we can choose from.
I love Eurydice.........<-----Can that count?
If not, I'll go with the quick release of new content.

@ Melisan
You must not have played many good MMOs, SK is really really sluggish when it comes to new content. :) That's not to say the content isn't good, but I feel like the game hasn't evolved a whole lot since its official launch a little under a year ago.

They paid me a couple times on whirled.
They gave me the incentive to start learning how to use flash.
They have been an inspiration for me when I draw.
I love their artistic values.

They gave me something to do with those 450 hours and counting.
Gave me a fun game to share with my friends and family.
Gave me a game that cost me nothing, but let me choose how much i spend on it.
I spent money on Duke 3d and didnt like it. I Bought bf3 and didnt like it. I got Spiral Knights for free and got more out of this game than i have since the days of Diablo 2.

The art of this game is fantastic.
This is currently the RPG I have invested the most time in (second place is Trickster Online, though that may be replaced with Wakfu). I have yet to get to get bored.
Though new content is slow to appear, there is a high entertainment value for each one done (even if you can't always play it).

At least there is some post about how GREAT the game is compared to why it sucks and really bugs them. And everything you said is true ;P.
I don't usually stick to any games that I've started playing. SK is a big exception.
Simple yet engaging gameplay.
Unique soundtracks.
Gameplay revolves around equipments and skills instead of levels and experience points.

Three Things that three rings has done?
One: The story the game offers, particularly the Gremlin Lore, has me forever fascinated!
Two: Your support team is off the charts! Never met such a fast to respond and helpful group of staff
Three: Your content is amazing, you work hard to deliver content to us faster than any game I've ever seen
Thank you Three Rings for being such an awesome company making such an awesome game!

1. The art - simply incredible
2. The music - soothing, never gets old
3. The many ways you can socially play the game, from clockworks to the market to guilds, etc.

- GMs helped me out when I got stuck/gitched on a mission (this is GREAT support service)
- OOO work hard to keep their F2P game up and running, even though they're only a team of like a dozen people.
- I'm going to reserve the third slot for when they implement Asian/Oceanic/South American servers.

The Elevator Pass
The game being "No need to pay to play"
Having a great Wiki that lays things out for me so I don't have to ask others for help since none of my friends like this game.

1. Had an account issue that was resolved quickly and professionally. They took the time to review the issue, and make sure that a fair and equitable solution was reached.
2. Listened to the issues that gunners put forward: the main one (from my requests, at least) was gunner armor that provided status protection and a CTR boost. The DLC provided interesting content as well, but for me the mask of Seerus is the ultimate.
3. Lastly, but not least, gave me a game that I can play with my brother. He loves TF2, and a slew of other games that I really just won't play. I want to spend the time with him, but most games don't hold my interest. I'm going on a year in SK, and we play at least 3 times a week together. I've long since moved out, so it's nice to be able to keep in touch with him doing something we both enjoy.

I've only been playing for about a month now (Not total time played. o.o) and I have to agree with anyone who says this is a fantastic game, my biggest problem with most MMO's is there's a ton of ego going around and the top-of-the-pack players were never really willing to help out the starters and/or the poor. I found the player community in SK shockingly friendly and helpful and was hooked instantly! This was somethin' else.
1. Found it through Steam, there was an energy purchase that had gone bad. I lost twenty-bones, reported it ASAP and was reimbursed within' 36 hours, never have I seen such a speedy and efficient response from any other MMO i've played.
2. The learning curve is great, hands down. They start you off with everything you generally need to know about the game and over time, keep creating fresh challenges in various sized doses. From a single different monster attack to whole maps, this game has certainly kept me entertained.
(And I haven't even tried the PVP yet. WTF? Ikr?)
3. As mentioned above, the Player Community! I'm surprised that (mostly :p) everyone I encounter is very friendly and I can quickly find myself engaged in deep conversations about random things. So here's a cheers for you dudes, the Players! :D

They made me excited...
...then they made me sad...
...and in the end they made me happy!

1. Introduced me to my first MMO 8 years ago. (Puzzle Pirates)
2. Consistently impress me with the content of their games and amazing creativity.
3. Have provided a source of steady entertainment (allowing me to pretty much ignore that whole reality TV trend - phew!).

3 rings has shown that simple and good ideas can still turn into gold when made by guys with great minds. Spiral knights has such a beautiful, apealing style to it, and the mechanics are so excellently well executed. I don't care what they do with the game, all I know is that I can trust them with whatever decision they make. It may not always help or benefit me, but as long they don't do anything tremendously stupid, i'll imagine that they'd have a good reason for making said decisions.
I love this game to death and I think it's my most played game ever. It surpassed my hours for phantasy star online so that says alot :).
1) Gave me the opportunity to meet possibly the most comfy guild I've been in in any MMO so far.
2) Made a game that played like Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles EoT, one of my favorite games ever.
3) Gave me a way of getting rid of stress.
No matter what anybody says, I love this game.

1. Any issues I've had have been resolved in a timely manner. Maximum wait I've had was a few hours, and when my Crimson Order mission didn't unlock upon payment they got it fixed in about an hour. Unlike another game *coughAllodscough* where a good third of the potential player base can't even log in because the dev team screwed something up and are refusing to admit to it.
2. The player community is the best I've encountered. You have your elitists, every game has those, but for the most part everybody is nice and it doesn't have the "omfg wtf f*** you noob!" attitude that most MMOs seem to generate. As long as you're not begging the people that know the game don't mind answering your questions. You can hold a discussion about something in game (ex: the new weapons in Lockdown) and people will join in and leave while adding their opinion or ideas.
3. Fantastic atmosphere for boss zones. Snarby and Crimson Order being my 2 personal favorites. Music, layouts, and atmosphere in general have fantastic detail put into them. The music when you first encounter the Ghostmane Stalkers for example really sets the mood for that area.

Three things OOO/Sega has done for me:
- They made this game. As far as I know, it's the best rougelike I've ever played. It's also tied for the best MMO I've ever played. I haven't played too many rougelikes or MMOs though, so take that with a grain of salt.
- They listened when I asked them to nerf Royal Jelly. Thank you.
- They introduced the elevator passes and kept them around. The passes have greatly enhanced my SK experience.
OOO has made a game that I love more than most, and provided over 15 days of entertainment to me. 15 days total playtime, mind you. If my startup screen is to be trusted at least.
Also, again, high fiving the team for 360 controller compatibility.
