Through the new missions you get recipes as reward; 2 of them I've already know beforehand.
I want to remove them from the Arsenal, but nothing works, like dragging out, trying to unlearn recipes or to get pop-up options.
Any advice?

Why didn't i thought of that! Even though they weren't bound, they weren't tradeable either! So I sold them at the Bazaar as told for 11cr.
If you got them from a mission they're probably bound. Talk to a vendor in the Bazaar and sell them for a small amount of crowns. Remember, if they aren't bound, you can trade them to other players using the Auction House, which might get you a profit if they can't be bought in the Hall of Heroes.
