I have a few ideas for a fanfic, But i'm going to post kind of an intro here, do tell what you think
Also made a small edit near the end.

"...what? where-?" I awoke in a daze. What is going on? I don't know where I am, all I remember is panic, flashing lights...ugh, whatever happened gave me a wicked headache. Wherever I am, it's cramped and dark.
"Main lights turn on."
With that command, the lights came on, and I see now i'm in a pod...what happened?
"--me in! Ra--- do you rea-?"
What? Who is that?
"uh...hello?"
"Ra--n! Your awake! Thank god, we thought something hap-ened to you!"
"Uh, could you tell me where I am?"
"Your floating around in space."
"WHAT? WHY AM I IN SPACE?!"
"Calm down Raven! You don't remember anything, correct?"
"Why am I in space?"
"I'll take that as a yes, Do look at yourself, tell me, what are you wearing?"
A quick look down shows I'm wearing a cloak, covered in blue and white designs. Standard issue elemental armor.
"Now, one second...eh, ok, Here we go. *grunt* Spiral knight recording activate, file Skylark-3"

SHOWING RECORDING

"-ust fell over, just like that!"
"You sir are a horrible at telling lie's"
"Aw shut up! You know it's true!"
"I have to say though, It's kinda getting stuffy in here."
"Not comfortable living in a ship, is it?"
"It isn't. Limited passageways, cramped hallways, and the fact that a single hole means instant death."
"Raven, you need to lighten up, If you want to go outside, just step into the simulator!"
"You know for a fact it's not the same. I've heard you complain about the same thing! "the ground it to cold to be dirt! These invisible walls are so unreali-""
"Whats is it?"
"Mate, If you were to look behind you, you will see the alpha squad passing by."
It was true, the legendary alpha squad, the best soldiers to ever become knights
"It's rare to see them, isn't it?"
"I fought and beat one in the simulator!"
"Cut the bull crap, we all know that isn't true."
"...Did you feel that?"
"Feel what"
"It shook, the ship shook!"
"Now your just imagining things. Is the ship gett-Whoa, you were right."
BLAM!
The sirens were going off, People panicking, and Knights scrambling
"WARNING. HULL BREACH. WARNING. HULL BREACH."
"I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT WOULD HAPPEN!"
"QUICKLY, TO THE ESCAPE PODS!"
"WERE ALL GONNA DIE!"
"COME ON, LET'S GET OUTTA HERE! WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TI-"

END RECORDING

When I came too, I was shaking. The skylark crashed. We all evacuated. The last thing I remember was entering the escape pod...the one I'm currently floating around in.
"Do you understand now?"
"Indeed I do...how did you make me remember that?"
"Raven, we're not exactly organic."
"Ok, that I know, but what am I supposed to do now? Just sit here?"
"We activated you for a reason, your getting close. By the way, you may want to buckle up."
Suddenly the pod shook violently. I quickly fastened myself in and held on for dear life.
"PREPARE FOR ATMOSPHERE RE-ENTRY"
It was one wild ride. The entire way down the pod was shaking, and I feared it was falling apart
The pod landed with a nice loud THUD, and I was about to throw up...if that was possible for something inorganic
"Hurk!"

*elsewhere, third-person*
"Sir, we have 3 recorded landings!"
"And they are?"
"RA-971, BN-341, and a third unidentified one."
"Locations?"
"RA and BN are close to rescue camp, the unidentified is off-course"
"Make sure those 2 knights make it to rescue camp, and find the location of the third knight!"
"Aye-aye sir!"

"Urg..."
As it turns out, they can. Still shaken up from one epic ride, I begin to grasp my surroundings.
Grass, Trees, Sunlight. Finally, I'm out of that accursed ship! Natural air!
I was enjoying life, Until of course i become ambushed
Slime's. Several of them. I quickly kick one away and lose a shoe, but then I realize the pod. Under the seat, a small green sword sits there invitingly. With great joy, I destroyed the slimes. That was easy. I can see flairs in the distance, But man are they far away. I'll obviously have to go through hordes upon hordes of ferocious monsters that want to eat my face at the first chance they get.
And I still need my shoe back

Today is going to be fun, I can tell.

Alright, I'l update it. It'll be short.

SPELCH! SQUICH! SHNK!
Oh what fun! I haven't wielded a sword in ages! All these slimes are target practice for my skill!
I kinda went nuts for a bit, But what can I say, I was happy to be out of the skylark.
I was defeating monsters left and right, even with an emergency proto sword and shield; And from the looks of it, I'll have plenty of practice!
"BRING IT ON!"

I arrived at rescue camp, and what I saw shocked me.
I was not the only one. I saw plenty of knights who have just landed. They were mostly resting.
"Hey Raven! You made it!"
That voice, I recognize it...
"Raven!"
It was Sol, a knight that specializes in shadow art, and also my best friend!
"Sol! Did you land recently too?"
"I've been here for a bit mate, I must have landed way before you."
Judging by his rather large and foreign armor, I'd say he wasn't lying.
"Sol, I need a quick update. I've been out for quite a while. The skylark-"
"Crashed, we're still looking for the wreckage."
"OK, The other cre-"
"Most are on the surface of Cradle, some are still in orbit offline."
"Cradle? Wha-"
"Cradle is this planet, and a big one at that. Come here, let me show you something..."
"How are you answering my que-"
"Your not the first one to crash land mate."
He was walking off to the cliff, and gestured me to come over.
I cannot describe what I saw. Gears. Spheres. Machine's of all varieties.
"This isn't a planet! It's a machine!"
"Some say so. I agree. Come on, you need some rest."
I hadn't realized how tired I was. That rampage was quite something.
"Where?"
"There are pod's over there."
"I've been stuck in a pod for months, let me sleep somewhere else."
"I'll get something..."
A thought occurred to me while getting comfortable on the make-shift mattress.
"Why do robots need sleep? We're not exactly organic."
"We're not exactly inorganic either. Long story. I'll tell you tommorrow."

We'll, I can't wait for tomorrow. Hopefully I will get to see those gears up close.

@Kaijuhunter , If I do, it will be at a later date. I'm not even sure if i will continue the fanfic, and I don't have a plot yet. So far the story is going to be Raven's adventure is the clockworks.

Boredom= NEXT CHAPTER! YEY!

The next morning was a bright one. 3 new knights had arrived at the camp. One had the strangest name.
"Bacon ninja?"
"Yeah."
"That is the coolest name of all time."
"I get that alot."
"I have a feeling we'll be good friends."
Today was apparently a special occasion apparently. All the knights were getting better armor, improvised weapons, and grouping next to the gatekeeper.
Gatekeepers, the Bulkiest knights I've ever seen. A giant sword known as the Leviathan, A huge shield, and a horse helmet. They don't seem to talk much though.
I saw a rather tall fella hanging near the gatekeeper. So these guys are strangers eh?
"Nice hat."
"Thank you Knight. Say, you need a new weapon!"
"Indeed a do, the proto sword only goes so far. What do you have?"
"We use to mine here, But we have lot's of left over tools. Here, take this!"
A pickaxe. Not the sword make, but it's functional.
"300 crowns."
"What?"
"300 crowns for the pickaxe."
"...Cheapscape."
Well, I'm broke, but at least It's better than the flimsy green blade.
"Knights, it is time. Arm yourselves, and descend."
That was the first time I heard a gatekeeper talk, and DANG was his voice scary.
I saw the other knights leave in groups of four, and head across a giant bridge to...
"An elevator?"
"Indeed. You will descend into the clockworks. 4 at a time knights!"
I was riding with Sol, Bacon-ninja, and this other guy. I say "other guy" for he doesn't speak, and His face is concealed under a red mask.
"Nice mask, where'd you get it?"
"..."
"Alright then..."
We stepped onto the elevator, And I noticed a slight surge of energy come from me
"What was that?"
"These elevators need charge" said Sol
"Huh. Where do I get more?"
"Some from the air, some from deep underground. Another time."
As we descended, I saw gears, Floating islands, And birds flying by.
"Here we are!"Said Bacon-Ninja, obviously Psyched
"Be careful, there are alot more powerful monsters down here."
The masked knight pulled out a black sword. It looked almost demonic.
"Nice sword mate! How did you get that?"
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Ok, don't reply" Sol also had no luck getting him to talk.
Well, I can describe the trip in 3 words
Complete. Udder. Pwnage.
Sol was powerful, But the Masked knight didn't save any for us. He completely destroyed all who stood in his way.
"Dang, He is good!" Said bacon
"...Too good." Replied Sol
"What?"
"There is never a knight that good. He Can't be a knight, He must be..."
Sol Stabbed the knight straight through the chest. I was shocked.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! WHY WO-"
I was cut off when the masked knight turned around with a sword through his chest.
"What...What are you?"
The mask fell off. I saw nothing behind it. Nothing but black.
The sword disappeared, and It's armor fell to the ground with a thump. It was gone, and only it's armor and mask remained.
I picked up the mask to see it was pitch black in the back.
I looked, and saw It.
Let it be said that No jump scare could compare to that.
Sol smashed the mask, and rushed us off to the exit.
"What-?"
"YOU WILL NOT SPEAK OF THIS

I arrived at the town of Haven. I was welcomed like family, but no warm welcome will get rid of that memory.I still have no idea what is going on. I was told it was a new monster, But no other info. I was also told to rest up and be diagnosed. At least I'm clean. Bacon says i should put this all behind me, I have an adventure ahead of me.

He watches in the shadows...

@Phantomhamachi , I have no title yet, I don't have a plot yet either. This is mainly practice. I do have a few ideas and if this becomes popular enough I will have casting. I will probably do 1-2 more entries here then make the Main fanfic elsewhere. When I do, I will provide a link.
