We got all the other stuff, so will we get the levi blade recipe? Also, like most people, I'd want to know if I'll be able to get it through missions before I plunk down 25k for it. So, yeah; yes or no?

Just a note.
Via test server I've seen that you get the recipes either via the mission while talking to Feron which occurs right after the last mission if I recall correctly or in the 5 star Hall of Heroes (love the music in there btw :3).

If the trend holds, we will be given the recipe for Leviathan. And once you have access to hall of heroes, you will be able to get the CIV recipe and everything else.
but of course, we probably won't know for sure until it's released. Given that it is already on the test server, I would recommend being patient and banking your crowns. If they don't give you the recipe, buy it then.
