Okay, I wanted to ask, and its probably been said before but I didnt understand it. I want to buy 1600 energy. My question is, can i use that energy for elevators, and my quests ( to revive me, others) and so on.
Or do i need to wait until it reffils completely after 22 hours?

Don't use CE for adventuring until you pass the point where you make more per CE used than it would be worth on the market.
Try not to revive in general. Most of the time it's better to just give up.
I consider a waste to revive more than 2-3 times since most rewards wont pay off the loss.
the Energy that you buy is called Crystal Energy (CE), and this does NOT recharge. Its one use.
The energy that recharges is called Mist Energy (ME). This recharges, as you have said, 100 energy every 22 hours.
CE and ME both have the exact same function, except that ME cant go over 100 :)
so yes you can craft, elevator, revive, etc
