I jout tought of it randomly: Vanaduke got all that "firepower" because he was revived by some kind of creature, right? Well, what if this "creature" is vog? the info about vog dosen't say that vog is a wolver inself, but a fiery monster/diety/thing, what if vana got his powers with vog? What do you guys think about this?
new theory about vanaduke.
i gave him his fire powers accidently :L so.....sorry guys ¬.¬
What depth is the GC in? We now ruled out the core...
I remember someone posting the exact same thing last year.
Not a new theory -.-
Ok, here's question from me: When gremlins in Emberlight will finish that destroyed bridge at north-west side of town?
Had that theory since i started the game. VERY not new.
I read some Lore and stuff from the Echo Stones section of the wiki. Vana never died; he ran away from his ruining kingdom into some mountains, taking refuge in a cave. There was some altar there, to a deity whose identity was lost to time(it was pretty scratched up). Vanaduke just sat there, lamenting his loss, when the altar activated, heightened his anguish and transformed him into what we now know him as.
According to the Wiki page, the altar was supposed to be somehow linked to the swarm, so the swarm was supposed to have corrupted Vanaduke and given him that power.
FSC lore:

"It devoured the knowledge of time... Memories of the dead... The hearts of kings and the souls of their people... Good and evil..."
('kings' link to Vana.)
I AGREE!!!!
Now, what do the Gremlin eyes look like?
