To all of you F2P players who are rage quitting: Get out. We don't need you. You don't contribute towards the SK economy, and rant about how the OOO isn't giving you F2P stuff. That's your fault. HOW DARE YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS? Trust me, OOO is glad to be rid of you. :)
To all of you P2P players who are rage quitting: I'm sorry to see you go. You have been very great in trying to influence the economy, and I salute you for that. But for some, it may be time to go. :(
Good luck selling that CE to nobody when the F2P players leave.
@Zephyrgon
You could not be more wrong...
Without f2p there would not be nearly any crowns, materials or recipes in the AH. I'm not going to explain how the economy in the game works but trust me, if this was only p2p players SK would suck pretty hard
I'm gonna go with Uuni on this one. The main difference between a f2p and a p2p is that the p2p has to do less overall work to get items they want. This doesn't necessarily mean they'll be lazy, but they're usually the ones who cause a rise in CE prices, and they do as many clockwork (or now mission) runs because they don't need to, aside from heat. I am a p2p, I've mainly bought 3 elevator passes, and so I admit that being p2p does give some advantages, but f2p is something to be proud of. If they left due to unreachable content, some of the better content in my opinion, than I understand. I almost didn't get the DLC because I didn't want to spend the money, I was lucky enough to get it as a gift. So you can say that's given me a little bias, but stereotyping p2p and f2p players is just wrong. It leads to each thinking one's superior to the other (I've seen threads along those lines in the past).
"The main difference between a f2p and a p2p is that the p2p has to do less overall work to get items they want. This doesn't necessarily mean they'll be lazy, but they're usually the ones who cause a rise in CE prices"
Wait, what? All CE in the game comes from P2P players. How can they be the ones causing prices to rise?
I propose this solution! It might be somewhat lengthy, but I hope it helps. I'm quite confident that this solution will benefit all parties, so if you have the time, please spare a minute or two reading it : )
Apparently there are even more issues right now, something about no more interactions with players while trading, only NPCs.
Because, according to Rommil, absolutely ALL trade will no longer be with players and only NPCs.
I don't see that being true, but whatever. 90% of all trade happens with UVd items for one. For two, there are those accessories.
if there were no F2Pers then where would you get your green and blue shards to ragecraft?
@Derpules
It's the exact opposite isn't it. When a person buys CE in order to obtain crowns he will sell his energy to the highest bidder. Unless he's willing to wait the price goes down when repeated
Freebies post their offers to buy energy and the more buyers there are the higher the price will become as the cheaper offers to sell are consumed
Will people PLEASE stop talking about F2P and P2P SEPARATELY!?
It's like walking into a classroom full of euro-kids with an asian-kid then the euro-kids tell the asian kid to get out because he's a stuck up genius like all other asians.
STEREOTYPES JUST ANNOY ME.
I said 'euro-kids' as an example, but I really, REALLY have nothing against them. Asians neither. But people like to think that Asian=Super genius=Snob who looks down on the lesser-minded.
THAT ASIDE, it's not fair to tell a ton of players to GTFO just because someone said something. They're players and people just as much as you are, and I'm pretty sure more P2P players are leaving than F2P, surprisingly.
I would say that the post I'm referring to is racist, but that doesn't apply in this context.
Stop discriminating against a class of people JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT CLASS OF PEOPLE.
SERIOUSLY.
I think I am coming to the point where I can't support this game anymore
Exactly. This is pretty basic stuff. . . . Not sure what Pokenuevo's going on about.
/agree /agree /agree with Psychodestroyer, why bother discriminating over differences? Everybody is different anyway. +1 to PD
@Zephyrgon
Some people don't have the ability to spend on this game, no matter how much they wanted to. I'm guessing that most players are f2p, and those players can help OOO advertise to their friends, which I'm sure OOO would want. F2p players don't contribute towards the economy? In terms of CE, that's like saying consumers don't contribute to the economy. Like Shoebox said, they're the ones who keep the CE prices up, so that you can make more money selling CE.
this is about me getting ur things not a fighting thread XD
Now gimmie all ur ecto drops and gel drops and bolts and cr and ce :D
What he said.
