The fastest way to earn crowns is to run boss levels. Which boss you run depends on your gear, how well you can do them, and which you prefer the most. With the mission system you can easily skip to the boss levels and make a quick buck.

Another way would be to do arenas. There are a few missions that offer arenas (the first being in 5-2 I believe) that can help you skip less profitable levels.

Or you can always but CE with real cash.

About running/managing the guild: make a set of rules and core values that your guild idealises and stick to them. Whether it be PVP, doing boss runs, just being good friends or some combination. Agree on how to recruit and promote members. If you do that I'm sure you can make your guild exactly ow you envisioned it.

Like Milkman said, definitely do Vanaduke/Jelly King runs all the time. When you reach the amount to trade crowns into energy, do that immediately. Unless you are a P2P (Pay "2" Play) player, then you spend the cheap $2.45 for 750 (now 800) energy.

When making the Guild:

Starting with the name, make sure the name sounds mature, and something catchy that people would like to be apart of. Don't make the name "I Pwn U" or something mis-spelled as in: "Eko of Gosts."

Make sure you make the guild in the guidelines of your play-style. Being that if you run T2, make the guild T2.

You want to try to be the superior person in the guild. Make sure you're strict, but not to bossy. I am not a guild master currently, but I have started 2 guilds that rose to 50+ members, so this isn't coming from a stranger. ;)

Best way to get known is to tell your friends about it and make them the Officer rank. So when they're on, they can recruit, and being that they're your friend; they know the rules in recruitment.

NEVER pay people to join your guild, my friend got paid to be in a guild and he joined for a week to get his energy and left, paying for someone to join just makes you have a bad rep.

Make a "Guild Recruitment" thread for your guild. Which is a very good way to recruit members. Make sure you point out the positives in the guild because everyone wants to be in the unique guild.

Lockdown is also a good way to get the name out there. It usually doesn't take that long to get into the top 10, when I made the guild, all 6 of our members were online and we played 6 games and were #6.
