I believe all knights should have to have unlocked a mission before being able to accept an invite to be able to join

This is my belief and I'm sure there will be many in disagreement but lets hear it.

Ok normal clockworks as long as party leader had clearance and would go down in a depth and you could invite any tier player to join they would have to pay the entrance fee and such, that was all good I had no issue with that but now we are finding that the missions are paying out a good amount of crowns. now I myself am a full 5* player, have been for quite some time now and here is how i feel about the whole situation, you have to do multiple hours of missions to finally get to the gauntlet and vanaduke missions, and when these missions pay a good amount of crowns its like thank you finally some compensation for many hours of grinding out missions and I enjoy it but now here is the thing we are able to invite yet again anyone to the vanaduke mission and this is where I think the issue is. If players were required to complete all missions and have the mission unlocked before being able to even join into a party this would solve many of the issues. I dont think its right that I myself have grinded out many hours to complete all missions and then you have someone who claims to hate missions or is just to lazy to do them asking for invites to the missions that pay out. I view the vanaduke mission as a congratulations mission and do enjoy it. weather the crown output gets nerfed or not i could care less, but i think the being able to invite anyone who has not even unlocked a mission yet should not be able to do so.

I put this here to see what others think before submitting to suggestions.

@Ztype The invite shows you fi you will get the prestige/reward or not. It doesnt stop you from joining.

Interesting thing,

This doesn't apply for the Arcade.

Atleast put it there.

There is this thing that you,

There is this thing that you, the player, can do. It's something many have done long before missions came out when they had people using them for FSC jumps. There's this simple word, only two letters long, that you can tell these people. Assuming English is your first language, this was likely one of your first words. It's called "No." Stop crying for an unnecessary change and grow a backbone.

T1 people can join without needing an invitation, since missions dont require tier clearance.
T1 people should only be able to join T1 missions just like clockworks.

At least that should be fixed.

I have no problem saying no,

I have no problem saying no, and say no all the time, its that people can use this to bascially farm crowns and never do a single mission on another toon. I'm trying to help the economy and yet not nerf the heck out of the rewards that people have worked hard to achieve, and make it so that if others want the same rewards they must also work towards the reward.

What I'm talking about for example say I have done all the missions, I start a vanaduke mission, now I send an invite to someone that is only at say 3-1 it sends a message saying this player does not have access granted. Or such message meaning untill they complete everything to unlock that mission they cannot be invited. I think this is very fair for those that have spent the time to do all the missions and encourages lower tier players to do the missions to be able to achieve the same rewards.

This is actually true, due to

This is actually true, due to many players being able to spam pay accounts and go 4xCrowns in Mission-FSC right now. I know that "they paid the account" but still it seems a bit too cheap right now.

So yeah, also, this would actually promote even more teamplay and doing missions with your friends together. It is a win-win situation for the game.

Wait, it doesn't work like that already? I'm shocked. They have this in place for normal missions, but not CH? What the hell, OOO? Just make sure you can't get the mask mat at the end.

Well... we still must craft

Well... we still must craft the mask with CE and so, so I don't think it needs to be blocked, right? xD Though it should have the other masks and heat leveling as a requirement. For those who are invited I mean, but I don't know if it could be coded.

But still, supposedly the trade client is coming, so I can give my CE to someone for access, I hope, soon : P

Actually I recall that you have to have at least 3* armor, weapon, and shield to get past the HoH. To be tier 1 and go to a mission to Vananduke would be suicidal, if not stupid. I see no problem in this.

-1 oppose this

as much as I agree. I disagree this would stop you from joining youre friends....... it was okay in the DLC but not in everyday missions sure you dont get the rewards so that is balance enough. not all of us have elevator passes or a boatload of energy so its fun to hang out with my buds even if its a higher rank mission. although there should be a tier barrier one of my 2* friends joined me on a tier 3 mission

well i know its possible to

well i know its possible to invite someone with 2* or 3* gear to the vanaduke mission meaning they have max of 3-* maybe 4-* unlocked, cause we did it last night. meaning they have no access to the actual vanaduke mission and i think that's wrong, whats stopping someone from dragging 3 dead alts with them and making nearly 50k cr for 1 vana run?

when it comes to the operation crimson hammer, if you have not purchased/unlocked it it says you must purchase/unlock, what im suggesting is basically the same thing for normal missions, if you have not unlocked say 9-3 missions you should not be able to join a party that is inviting you to do that mission, it just enables lower tier people to farm with higher level friends and they don't have any reason to do missions if they can get invites to vana mission with out completing prior missions.

@Kive it would not stop you from joining friends, if your friend is higher than you, they should help you get caught up to where thier at and visa versa

I know what you're saying but first of all OOO said dragging three dead alts is perfectly legal although it does make you have to fight 4x enemies. I just dont want this to happen because then it will keep me away from joining my friends on higher levels ( almost done with the missions anyway :P). I feel the missions should have the drop in co-op vibe just like the arcade. and honestly tell me did you use an elevator pass or buy ce with real money/cr because if you were just playin the missions on mist you wouldnt be at the end just yet.

i use ele pass proudly, 6 bux

i use ele pass proudly, 6 bux to allow me to enjoy a game at will and helps development is nothing when i've played everquest for years @ paying 13 or 14 bux a month, but i will say that the payout of the missions is enough to compensate to run on ce and break even or even make some extra bank. I have no issue with dragging dead alts, thing is if you want to drag alts, you should have to do missions and unlocked the tiers for them as well not just use them to farm crowns and funnel to your main which ooo frowns upon. this is all up to OOO weather they want to fix like im suggesting or hopefully they nerf the payout of fsc. cause if neither is changed its gonna completely ruin the economy worse than it already is...

and your friends should want to help you catch up to their progress so you can both progress together, thats what i did with multiple guildies, even though ive completed everything i still go back and help them out...if your friends wont help you progress to get caught up stop and think if their really your friends or just using you to their own gain...

I received an invite from a

I received an invite from a friend for the FSC mission before I had access to it. I gladly joined because it was my friend asking and I hadn't even done FSC for a while. It was fun and we had a good time even with one person DCing a few times and my long load times into the last few levels.

That fun wouldn't have existed if access via invite had been blocked. :(

Understand that I'm not being lazy about mission progress. I've since made my way up to the FSC mission myself so I do have access now. But I don't like the idea that I might have been blocked previously despite a friend offering an invite. If people are "leeching" off others for jumps to the mission without actually working their own way up for clearance then I imagine the people being asked will tire of it eventually and ask them when it's their turn.

Ranking is useless +1

Biggest flaw in the mission system and so called rank to knights. Anyone can be invited even a newly created knight. A knight's rank supposedly should work like a license to access higher ranking missions. This free for all invite does not make sense to a knight's progress, story wise. Why would the Spiral Order allow such inexperienced knights to venture out on dangerous expeditions if they are under-prepared? Sure, it works in clockworks because it is a free changing world, but not when knights are commissioned to do missions. It is sorta like cheating, an easy shortcut for cr.

In another note, a lot of players are doing this to farm crowns which upsets the economy.

@Derperer you couldn't of said it any better, its exactly how i feel, clockworks be wide open and 0 change, but the mission system i believe needs fixed, and you couldn't of summed it up any better.

You dare deny me my ability

You dare deny me my ability to get into FSC so i can farm Cr and Tokens? Blasphemy! What am i supposed to do with one star off from 5*. Because i am not willing to farm JK and "Rise or fall" a billion times over in this time of CE inflated prices.
