Yesterday me and a few of my guild mates did an Ice Queen Shadow Lair run.
When we got to The Sanctuary I listened to the rock but it didn't get in my artifacts tab. (I did not know that I didn't get in back then.)
Today when I opened the artifacts tab to listen to it again, I noticed that it was not there.

I'm not expecting you to give me the Echo Rock (Even though I'd be really thankful if you did.), but to fix this weird bug so it will not happen to me or anyone else in the future.

once u listen that artifact

once u listen that artifact in the Sanctuary it will auromatically be saved in the artifact's tab . if in case you didn't find it in your arsenal it may be due to 2 reasons
1.you may forgot to listen to the artifact in that sanctuary(so it might not be saved in ur arsenal)
2.may be u clicked that artifact in the artifact's tab so that it will dissapear

===========*if u want that artifact again u should do the run again and don't forget to listen that artifact*==========

Did you even read part of that post other than the title? He said he did listen to the Stone in the Sanctuary and didn't receive his Echo Stone in the Artifacts tab.

Try to contact support by sending them a mail here: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
They should at least give you your Echo Stone.
