Don't go speaking for other people until you know for a fact you're right.
Many people ragecraft Electron Bombs, one of those people being myself. 25k CE is a very good deal, especially with the CE/CR going rate right now.

I'd take that offer on the VH CTR Electron.
As for the other Electron, I'd go for about 3.75k CE, maybe a little less.
The Voltaic Tempest should go for about 12-16k CE.

Consider messaging Edzel
Consider messaging Edzel about your VT High CTR. He's been wanting one for awhile but I'm not sure if he got it recently or not.
Also Sleety, CTR VH bombs in general ballpark around 25k CE, give or take about 2k CE based on utility. If it was VH CTR VT, it'd probably be more like 30k CE as a starting bid because of it's viability both in PvE as well as PvP, making it incredibly desirable by a lot of people. But Electron Vortex falls into that "useful but not all-purpose" set that most bombs are relegated to, thus justifying a 25k CE offer on it. You might find the occasional buyer who'd go beyond that but it's not typical, so this offer's right on par with what I'd expect. It'll probably go a bit higher if an avid bomber comes along and sees this thread but yeah. You also have to keep in mind that it's an offer, not a buyout. So the final sale price might still go higher if the OP decides to wait a bit.
