Oddly enough, I had a dream where a slug dissolved by rain.
It's a Shock Normal/Piercing bomb with a salt -> slime joke. It may have additionally been viable when damage resistances weren't so drastic, but hopefully it sees a pick-me-up for the current day SK.

I like the theme of it, salt vs. slimes. But the damage needs to be changed. Also it needs the charge time made something reasonable.
