when im on
i always have 1 or 2 bars and can barely move
in haven or during missions
i tried switching havens(1,2,3,4,5,6,etc) but still no luck!
it started yesterday(3/10/2012)
my network is fine so whats going on?

Also, haven instances are for haven itself. Going to the clockworks won't be any different if you start from haven 1 or haven 15.
