I thought that shields could possibly have accessories that could be added onto shields. Such as the thing thats on ageis.

What about...
Things that go around the shield rather than decorate them? Weapons and shields vary a lot, so it'd be difficult to make an accessory that actually works with every shield. Like if you made a lil gadget for one shield in the center, it might be the top of another shield, or even floating in space.
But maybe something like wings that would attach themselves to the sides of your shield? Just an example, but the idea is that all the accessories have to do is attach to the sides instead of try to fit in the middle of a complexly-changing item.

Spelling fail x lots combo.
There are quite a lot of shields with spiffy designs on the surface, but I suppose auras around the shield might work... some of them already have such things, though. (DSC's flame aura-type thing, the 3* Breaker shields' hexes, Dread Skelly's haze and so forth.) Side accessories to the shield would probably work a bit better... although I have no idea how you'd attach wings onto a BTS.
i knew this was something to do with the ageis
buut since sheilds come in too many crazy shapes and suzes, it would be hard to do
