When I Do Normal FSC I Don't Even Lag A Bit.
But When I Do FSc In Mission ' King Of Ashes ' I Can't Even Play , There's So Huge Lag. Can't Even Move Or Do Whatever.

I don't think there is
I don't think there is anything you can do. I would simply turn your graphics setting down all the way when doing that mission.
Oh yeah, and do that thing Psychodestroyer said.
