Is it against the rules to have two accounts if I pay for energy on both?

Hi all,
I've seen a lot of topics where people are complaining about how if you don't pay for any energy, multiple accounts in the same household will share mist energy. What i've never seen answered though, is if it is against the rules to do it if I am willing to pay for energy on both accounts?
Essentially, I'd like to spend more time exploring the dungeons -- and I'm willing to pay for CE on both accounts to do it -- but I don't want to be violating the rules and get banned.
Anyone with information on this? Thanks for looking!

Contact the GMs for a sure answer.
The terms of service don't seem to forbid it, but if you want to know for sure the best thing to do is contact the GMs using the support form.
