In Lockdown it seems that during the game, your loadouts are organised with the ones marked for pvp first and then pve afterwards.
I feel that needs to happen in pve if you're in the clockworks, having pve marked ones at the top of the list. Yep.

Of course it makes sense! That's what the loadouts were for, saving different equipment for different stratum to make it easier / quicker to switch between.
I guess this sort of makes sense, but I feel like lots of people actually use their PvP stuff in PvE too.
