All 4* and 5* items are bound
All 4* and 5* items are bound on craft, as well as all 3* items crafted using a bound 2*. And I think the 1* and 3* Seerus masks are bound on craft too.
Crafting a 4* or 5* item will always result in a bound item. 3* too if you had the 2* version of it equipped.
