If I weren't completely broke in CE, I'd consider offering. Do stuff on an individual level?
Also, what's up with some mats being at 0? wouldn't it be easier just to remove those?

The shorter list is what you actually pay for (at a discount!), the rest is added free of charge.
PS: first column is amount of mats I had last time I checked. And nope, I don't have spark of life mats, forgot to remove it.
Still available. Lowered price a little, removed missing mats from the list (those I had 0), xls file still has "spark of life" counted at 0 though.
