So, I was thinking: there should be a vendor in there that allows you to "rent" all of the existing T3-fit (4-5*) weapons for free - but you cannot take these rented weapons outside the training hall. Basically, this would allow people to get a feel for higher-starred weapons and be able to experiment and practice with different weapon types, instead of just thinking stuff like "bombs and guns suck because their 2-star versions are terrible".

After all, the place is named the Advanced Training Hall…
