Now another is threatening to hack me/send porn magazines to my house if I don't pay him back 3600 CE!!! What should I do? I really am not asking for this. Now he is sending a ton of bad words at me. He won't stop! I have already paid the guy 600, but that leaves me 3000!! Can a admin help me?

does not equal your home address. You would have to tell him your home address, or have it posted online somewhere, and use stormwillcome as you internet handle somewhere else online.
The only thing knowing your IP can do is to let him try to access your PC. Also, unless you gave him your IP, it is unlikely that he actually knows it. My advice is to report him, and advise your parents of the threat. I would strongly advise not giving out such personal details on the internet, in the future.
To summarize, to find out your address from you IP, they would need a warrant, and then your service provider could release your address to them. A warrant would only be issued if there was probable cause that a crime was committed. Feel free to ask your service provider to change your IP. Report this guy, and put him on ignore.

Sounds like bluffing to me. Also, again unless they are serious hackers, IP would only put them with in a few miles of your house. At which point what are the odds that they are going to pull a Jay & Silent-Bob, fly over, and go door to door asking for "Stormwillcome"? I guess if they had your full name though they could find you if your parent's address is listed in the phonebook (phonebooks are ancient relics that your ancestors used to find address and phone numbers before the invention of the internet).
You should be reporting this abuse to OOO, who might do some banning if the chat logs confirm your story.

then, report him, and report him to the guild master there, if he's in that guild anyway, maybe apologize for leaving randomly like that also
next, set him to your ignore list, just use /ignore if you can't click his name anywhere

Mastersleety, you're thinking of Game Masters. Storm was saying that the person responsible for harassing him is a Guild Master, and there isn't really a way to fire them tbh.
I don't have much advice to add except IRONY, and also to report to the actual Game Masters if it continues... although leaving a guild is somewhat impolite, asking for a gift back is even more impolite, especially so if they ask for interest on it.
(Unless it was a loan, in which case their actions were a bit more understandable.)

I'm really not trying to fuel the false notion that this guy is going to show up or send things to this kids doorstep, but you idea of IPs is not completely accurate. Yes most home users do have dynamic IPs that are subject to change, but no they do not change every time you login. I have ran game servers & voice servers on a spare computer at my house for many years and I can say that in the case of Comcast & AT&T U-verse, these dynamic IPs tend to stay the same. My IP only changed once while I was with Comcast and it has not changed yet since I switched to U-verse about 4 years ago. I am talking about my external IP, the one I give to friends to join my server and not my internal IPs the one my router sends game server traffic to.
IPs are not very difficult for novice to come up with, but it would take a much higher level of sophistication to then track that IP down to a home address.
