Especially , when you lost soo much crystal energy, gone, never to be seen ever again.

I guess not everyone was in the middle of something when the servers crashed. I guess I actually wanted to know is if there is a precedent for this sort of thing or do people just move on.

Normally when there are
Normally when there are server issues OOO gives half price elevator fees for a few hours to a day. I, of course, make no guarantee on it, but that is what they have done in the past.

And worst part is, if you were playing a level, the maximum amount of energy you could have wasted would be 10 for the elevator, or 1000 for reviving, both of which were your choice before a thought of a server crash.
unless you crafted something and it went down, and you lost CE but didnt get the item, then I don't believe anyone deserves compensation.

you forgot the shadow lairs. One of my friends was playing in a shadow lair when the servers went down. That is a lot of CE to lose. OOO should re-imburse the cost of the key to whoever used it, but the problem is if they keep records on the server.
Otherwise yea, the most anyone really lost would have been 10ce or the potential for 2-3kcr (depending on the level). OOO could send mini-mist takes to everyone who was online in a level and that would be more than enough compensation for almost everyone.

No one is rolling back anything, don't spread rumours. If your friend wants a shadow key refund, tell him to contact the support.

of course I suggested that. I'm just saying I think OOO should honor those requests and other losses of large amounts. Otherwise, If they felt like going above and beyond they could give a mini mist tank to those who were in the clockworks.
Being cut off in the middle of a mission doesn't mean you should get all your CE back, unless you want to give up all the CR and mats you made with that refunded CE.
I'm a newb and only wasted mist energy in the middle of a mission. People who payed for CE should definitely be compensated. Is there a way to rollback servers?
