What's a good gun or bomb for grievers, especially in confined spaces? I tried the spine cone with very limited success, and the needle shot is slightly better but not that great. Haven't managed to pick up a magnus, but I've heard quite different stories about it so I can't really judge if it's good. I know toothpicks will do well, but I'm allergic to melee combat and I'll prefer not to use swords.
Oh, and I'm (still) in T2 btw.
Looks like I always brought the wrong main weapon for fiend stages then. Shivermist sounds like a good idea.
Just another question: will voltaic tempest work well against pearl greavers? They don't freeze.
how about RSS? it's pretty good against devilities, but dunno about greavers
As someone who recently tried the magnus on them... I say you're better off getting a toothpick or heavy sword(or just any sword) than trying to use that on greavers.
They're simply too many and too fast for you to be able to fight more than one at a time with it(will work great on a single one though).
Edit: it is however possibly THE gun for the devilites so take that into consideration if you don't want to get a flourish.
