*pre statements* Yes i have read the other topics, yes my java is most current, yes i have updated my windows. */end pre statements*

- Windows XP, Vista or 7 (Vista)
- Java 1.5 (most updated)
- Display 1024x600
- 1.3ghz processor (2.0 ghz)
- Graphics: 64mb Video Memory. GeForce 5 series, ATI Radeon 8500. Latest video driver.
- Memory: 512mb for Windows XP or 1gb for Windows Vista/7 (2 gb)
- 300MB Hard drive space (tons)

When i use the "play" button, it dl's fine. Program starts and sits at a black screen for 5ish mins and goes to character screen. After choosing my Character it will show a loading screen for a few seconds, then "freeze". The music still plays like its loading but the screen sits blank.

What is your graphics card. You have provided no details in this respect. Also, have you tired opening any ports in your firewall like in those other posts you read.

I need more details about your specific setup to be able to help you. All I know is that you have the same problem, but nothing that could lead me to a cause.

If the game is stopping while

If the game is stopping while loading your character, this may be a connection problem.
You really should check your firewall and the other trouble shooting steps in the FAQ.

We really need more information.
