Quick question on Supply Delivery Prestige missions

What exactly does this entail? You have to buy a supply pack, and then travel down to Emberlight? I thought there was always one prestige mission that required you to complete levels and one that only required items.

You buy the package, you press the start mission button and everything is magically delivered.
The 'go to emberlight' is just flavor text.
