Nope.
No but if it still sucks enemies and allies alike into it you can at least have fun annoying people with that at times.

Fang of Vog. It is hard to beat 2-3k damage for every monster in the vortex (assuming you have dmg trinkets or skolver/snarby and you aren't fighting beasts/gremlins). Make sure you are standing in the dead center too :-D
