Planned loadout:-
Helm: Justifier hat
Armour: Divine Mantle
Sheild: Barbarous thorn sheild
Weapon 1: Barbarous thorn blade
Weapon 2: Argent peacemaker
Intention: A balanced loadout that can do equally well at a lot of things. Amazing for PVP because you don't know what you're up against. Supplies a fine damage boost for my sword and a speed boost for my gun. Rather well rounded, no?
Kinda late for that. I already have the elemental cloak.
It's not too late making 3* stuff is a tiny fraction of the cost of getting 5* stuff
More than half of the cost in making a 5-star item comes in the final upgrade from 4-star to 5-star. So, even if you have a 4-star item, it is not too late to switch to a better alchemy path. And Elemental Cloak is only 3-star --- definitely not too late to switch. Don't throw good money after bad. If you really want all a general-purpose armor suit like this, then go Divine Veil with Justifier Jacket or Skolver Coat.
Your weapons are great: two non-normal damage types, usefully chosen. When you get a third weapon slot (which isn't hard to maintain, if you play regularly), then consider getting a shadow weapon in there.

Aww, but the veil looks so much cooler with the halo and all that jazz!
But honestly, don't expect them to buff the mantle any time soon. Its not in the next armour patch and its not a bug.
Not like it matters that much anyway.
Switch to Divine Veil and Justifier Jacket, or whatever it's called
when I looked at it the Divine Mantle did not have the vs. Fiend bonus.
Unless you like the style of the Justifier, of course. :P
