No Way!!!
By far the best sword is the Banstick. Because it's a crowbar!!! And it's strong against 1 mysterious monster we all know.... I'll give 1cr if someone tells me what monster

Well I have one with
CTR med
Dmg vs construct high
Dmg vs undead low
Asi is useless on a brandish.
I think the definition of "best weapon" is purely based on individual perspective and the situation at hand.
There is no "best sword" in game. If there is, it will have a damage type that is strong against all monster types, has a very reliable and effective charge, and you can pretty much use it everywhere.
No such sword exists. All weapons have their pros and cons.
