Secret area in Crimson Hammer???

So i was skipping along through the secret gremlin base of Warmaster Seerus when along came this area that was blocked off by some fire.Curiosity almost killed me when i attempted to get past it by walking on it but could not get across.So i walked up the ramp thats on the left,and on the top of the ramp i spied a small troop of gremlin scorchers (nasty things,they are).So.what do you all think about this?I dont know about you,but i want in there.

That's the main hall you

That's the main hall you visit 3 times during the mission. if you could you go alittle bit farther you would see the next area of that level. You go up and down the elevators so you see that area alot of times. the elevator platform before the elevator you use to go down(or up i don't remember anymore) if the elevator from the next area.

aahhhhhhh,that would explain it.but i'd also like to know why there are scorchers there and nowhere else.odd,wouldnt you say?

they are there to keep the

they are there to keep the fire barrier up?

edit: you fight some at the final boss

The Gremlin Scorchers are there to Block off the Path from the Knights. After you've Destroyed the compound, they must've realized they've been Breached & Retreated, allowing the Knights to put out the Fire & Advance.

@Tuhui many a time ive fought ol' seerus,and ev'ry time the only gremlin there were thwackers,mortafires,and the smaller gremlins(knockers,jokers,etc.),and of course ol' seerus himself acompanied by three battlepods.of course,ive only done the tier 1 and tier 2 OCH missions,so maybe there are scorchers in the tier 3 mission?

There are no Scorchers in Tier 3. They must've been killed by the Knights while we were coming up from the Elevator.

I remember after the first

I remember after the first time you fight him and he goes back up there are 2 scorchers that appear infront of the deployments, that don't respawn.

In T3 the only scorchers you

In T3 the only scorchers you can fight are the ones that spawn at the start of the 3rd phase of the boss fight (2nd battlepod phase)
