well you have to remember, Arceus can be any type, so it can change its type to beat up lucario, and even if you survive its Judgement, it knows Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, and Shadow Force as well

Don't you remember the psychic barrier that i have? the one my Mewtwo put up on me? so yeah, you can't kill me, EVER!!! *Weld wakes up from his coma and sends out an additional 500,000,000 Arceus, Zekrom, and Reshiram that know another custom move, Storm of Ragnarok, that stops time for all, except for Weld, Archweld, and Burstwolf, and all that they touch.* also, Mewtwo put up psychic barriers around Weld and Archweld.
