Hey, i was wondering if anybody could tell me if i should stick with my current (Divine Avenger) or ditch it for FoV. If so could anyone tell me which is better? in general normal runs and when in Fsc. thanks :D

For all purpose use, I say DA. FoV has a wicked charge, but the normal damage is lackluster from what I hear.

Fov has the speed of a heavy
Fov has the speed of a heavy sword, damage of a normal speed 3 swing, and the godly claibur charge with less knockback, high chance of fire, self fire, and elemental damage.
Basically terrible for regular attacks, but the charge is amazing. However, it has a chance of lighting targets on fire with each hit. If that is your fancy. Just know that the da is a better source of elemental damage.

Actually, can't you just get both and try it and see which one you like more? Since you already have a DA, just go do FSC a lot and get a Fang of Vog.

Both is a good answer. If I'm not on Shiver duty, I'll usually bring Divine Avenger to FSC for zombies and FoV for turrets and the slag guards.

Demonicsothe is mostly right. It does LESS damage than a brandish (which is a normal speed 3-swing sword). Not a lot less, but less. If you are only going to carry one sword it should not be FoV (even with ASI Max). The charge attack is awesome though.
I use FoV a lot on groups of zombies (in FSC, or constructs on other levels like arenas). Drop a voltaic tempest or shivermist buster to lock them in place so your charge attack doesn't send them flying. You do ~2k damage to every zombie around you. You can wipe out entire spawn groups if done right.
You can 1-shot trojans up to d25 in a 3-man party with FoV (max dmg bonus + you have to let the fire finish them off). In a 4-man party you can usually kill a trojan by yourself if timed right with a charge + 2 swings or so. The best thing about FoV is that if 2 trojans spawn next to each other you can hit both at the same time.
One of the reasons FoV is great in FSC is trojans (your main use) drop hearts every time, so any health you lose to fire can be replaced.
