The charge attack has great
The charge attack has great knockback to it.
Regardless, it all depends on gear.
If you already have very high to maximum ASI, it might be in your best interest to take the CTR, because the charge attack has its uses.
Now if you are using like a Seerus mask 24/7 for some reason, then you should consider ASI. a Very high CTR is good to use it in those few situations where it shines.
So, depending on your gear.
Unlike some guns, the charge attack isn't all that impressive on the Valiance... and in the absence of a decent charge attack on guns ASI is generally better.
