That's fine, but you should still do your best at it, helps us help you by understanding what you mean easier. Anyway I don't have a ton of time to talk, so I'll just link my full Snarby Shadow Lair run for you.

It'll be a nice little briefing of what you should expect. I'll come back to this thread tomorrow later. Here's my run.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mul_9M9FQtM&feature=plcp&context=C467484f...

Not to mention, we did it without a single CE revive :D

Quick notes:

Split the key cost always
Do SL Snarby first. The others are a bit complicated, and IQ is tough first time around if you dont have a good group.
Always cooperate with the team. No need to rage over lag, we all have it there.
Only revive when party wipes. If it gets too high to rev, then just save the CE left and try again next time.
Unknown Passage is brutal, but you can change your gear at ANY TIME in the Unknown Passage.

Well

-The key doensnt have to be purchased by just one person. Normally people split it 450 energy each but some people will refuse to pay or other people are nice and pay the full cost free of charge for others.

-Armor depends on where you are going

-If you are going to ice queen then get a gran faust, freeze resistant gear (Skolver) Fang of Vog, and an Ash of Angi works good too.

all the answers from me da monk

the cost isnt split unless someone buys the key with a little money from everbody

the best gear for a wild snarbolax run is skolver. Shadow defense is only needed for the last level uknown sanctuary

do rapid snarbolax first just because the levels up to the snarbi are easier

Im not a grammar nazi....or am I [|°_°]π~~~~

it's just regular levels with tons of enemies and traps. A guide wont help you much. Better find a video on youtube.

For rabid snarby I'd

For rabid snarby
I'd recommend to get some poison ressistance on the skolver (Maybe Poison low-med on Both pieces).
And about weapons: BTB or FF (wolvers and Silkwings), DA (Slags, Kats and also for the swarm), Polaris (Howlitzers) and Shiver for crowd control.

You may not like punctuating etc., but please try.

It's okay if you're not very good at it, but at least make an effort. If you don't make an effort to write readable posts, why should I make an effort to read them?

punctuation please your beginning to sound like someone who wont breathe by the way you could always go with some friends in a run but you will need a bit of energy for reviving crafting and going down the elevator get ready

The ice queen is ridiculous

The ice queen is ridiculous with the amount of projectiles/spikes in small areas you have to dodge. We did it with a party of 4 and we used ~80ce for revives (so 6 revives). If you do IQ I highly suggest someone bring a fire inducing weapon as it makes it a lot easier (can melt the ice cubes so less floor spikes). Anyways, you can only do the ice queen if you group with someone who has beaten the rabid snarbolax.

This page - http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Shadow_Lair - will tell you what monsters exist in each lair and the type of damage they deal can be found by following the links. Each shadow lair deals different kinds of damage. Plan accordingly.

I plan on doing a rabid snarbolax soon and I will be using

Defense: Crown of the Fallen + Skolver Coat + BTS or Crest of Almire (haven't decided).
Weapons: Voltedge/Combuster, BTB, Polaris, Voltaic Tempest
Trinkets: Sword Damage Med + Bomb CTR Med

This gives me 2xnormal, 1x pierce, 1x shadow, lots of poison resist (I have a poison med UV) and a good shield for either the boss or the howlitzers. Shadow is important for SL Gloaming Wildwoods since there are howlitzers and kats, both of which deal shadow dmg. I personally think wolvers are easier to deal with than kats or howlitzers. Pierce is still essential because of the boss.

I'm not a fan of shiver for anything outside of trojans and vana. If I want serious crowd control, I'd probably take graviton or electron vortex.

Anything similar to this loadout will work good.

you do not NEED shadow protection for the unknown passage. The primary damage type is normal and is the most important thing to have. Zombies deal shadow, and slimes deal pierce. Otherwise it is all normal. I actually found the unknown passage easier than the Ice Queen lair. We did not have to energy revive at all in the unknown passage.
