Chaos cloak is underwhelming
Chaos cloak is underwhelming in the bonuses it gives for stat reduction.
Sudaruska is the better of the 2 troikas, but still not as good at Da/Gf.
Callahan is the safer of 2 piercing guns, but is still slow and unwieldy.
Stagger storm causes stun, which bugs monsters and causes them to double attack at times. Not useful in pve.
Levi is a fine weapon. But you lack specialized damage.

@Juances : I will occasionally swap out my Levi for a GF or Fearless Rigadoon and occasionally swap out my Callahan for a Sentenza or Supernova. Nothing else.

I don't like al that fancy weapon damage stuff unless its like darkness and stuff :3
I like weapons that have either normal damage, shadow damage, knockback, or stun. It just fits me.
Honestly i don't care about stats, I'm going to get what i think looks cool regardless of what everyone says.
I'm just wondering how often I'll get kicked from parties using what i like :3
I can't wait for my Suda ^.^
My Kamarin is so much fun to use, pushing my enemies in my allies faces ^.^

It has been bugged as long as I can remember, almost a year now. When they released Stagger Storm some time ago we pointed out yet again that the bug will make Stagger Storm dangerous to use in PvE, they said nothing and it still wasn't fixed. That was quite a while ago. I would not count on it being fixed anytime soon, especially since they haven't mentioned even looking into the issue. I recommend Ash of Agni instead.
You don't need a Sudaruska and a Levi, they both do normal damage and would thus be rather redundant. If you only want to carry one sword, right now the Levi is better. OOO is buffing the Sudaruska, so might just make that in hopes that they fix it sufficiently. Kind of a gamble at this point though. I'm a fan of that series too. It broke my heart when the Sudaruska was finally released and I saw how incredibly pathetic it was in T3.
Alternatively, you can go for two differently-typed damage swords... e.g. DA and GF, or Voltedge and Acheron, etc. That's pretty typical in this game since you'll be doing bonus damage to 4/6 monster types at any given time and at least neutral to the others.
I too hope that Chaos get some awesome buffs, but if they buffs are lack luster, might still not be worthwhile to get that set.

I assume you are a swordsman who carries a bomb and a gun for support.So,I would suggest you not to get a normal damage sword.I have levi and i hardly use it.Ummm....and TWO normal damage swords=complete no no!Get a toothpick to deal with devilites and wolvers and DA/brandish to deal elemental damage.As others have mentioned,stagger storm's stun is bugged and the monsters end up hitting you when you least expect them to.VT is a much better option IMO(i.e;if you don't like shivermist). Sure,chaos set looks great!But let's face it....it's pretty bad otherwise.Use it as your costume!

@: Athresh : I'm all around, i use anything i think looks cool and does normal/shadow and deals knockback and/or stun.
@Culture : ...Seriously? Its been bugged for that long? Geez,OOO needs to at least tell us if they are looking into it. Or at least tell us if it is not a bug and was intended. Oh and when where did OOO say the suda is getting a buff?! :O

I get that you're using this stuff because you just like it, it looks cool, etc. But then why ask the forum about the stats? These items suck. One of them is good (the shield) and another is decent (Levi); the rest are terrible. But you're still going to use them, aren't you?

Ah, okay.
IMO, if you're competent, it hardly matters. Yeah, normal swords aren't optimal, but so what? You have to hit the enemy another time, probably. NBD. That doesn't give me any reason to complain about you as a teammate unless having to deliver that extra hit keeps getting you killed.
The one thing I'd recommend is to use a different helm or armour. One Chaos piece? Okay. Two? That's a loooot of negative status. Why not make one Chaos piece a costume, and use something that offsets your weakness instead?
I am not sure what to say otherwise.
