Great Idea! There should also be a specific place in Haven where you can lie down, look up at the sky, and admire the beautiful Cradle sun/moon. (If you are bored.)

First off, diverse havens (+20)
I would LOVE to have this, more useless stuff to do when you're bored! If there are more activatable spots (say chairs, tables, SNIPE FEEDING, minigames, stuff like that (OOO, get on this)) then we'd love Haven more than we do now.
Second,
I've had this idea of new havens for quite some time and I'd love to see this come true!

Regarding those timezone, there is different Haven for different server, why not make it time-zonish too
explanation to my grumbling
Haven 1 is Pacific Time.
Haven 25 (French Europe Haven) is GMT 00:00
Haven 26 (French Canada Haven) is Eastern Time
IDK the other Haven location or language... :S I wanted to write it down but I don't wanna offend anyone so I hope you get the point with these 3 examples :D
So when it's 2 AM for me, it's night-time in Haven 26 but it's 8 AM for Haven 25 so it's day-time.
Meh, maybe not finally...

That would be cool, but the problem is, are we considering timezones? Should the time in Haven read off of the clock on OOO's computer, or our computer?

This day and night thing would not include time zones. it'd have to use it's own internal clock, possibly changing every few hours. they could even add in the "day and night" feature to the clockworks later, and have certain enemies that scale of day and night, to gain different strengths and weaknesses, but more importantly, the aesthetics of this would really make the game more interesting.

Now this already is here, I guess I could give it a +1. I don't see any cons about this, and this would make haven a bit more precious.
Also, I think haven is in an evening/early morning theme, so we need a normal daylight theme too. How about being able to see the sky by making the camera move a bit down when behind AH? You would see Cradle moon and stuff.
