Whoa.
Brilliant translation there Cyan, I didn't have a clue as to what he was talking about.
I don't think it would be too hard to put numbers on the pips on the upper-left?
I.E.
[][][][][][][]
[][][][][][][]
[2][2][2][2][2][2][2]
[2][2][2][2][][][]
And so on. The numbers would have to be more condensed, but that's the best thing I can think of.

There's... already vitapods that go over 8. Heck, you can find +21 vitapods in T3.
I'm not sure I understand what you're suggesting... but just so you know the Vitapods, strangely, are always numbered in multiples of the Tier they're in. T1 is multiples of 1 (1, 2, 3), T2 is multiples of 2 (2, 4, 6), etc. So if you're suggesting that we have Vitapods that go OVER 8 pips, then... well, you're a bit late to the party, my friend. Try a Tier 3 run or going into the lower stratum of Tier 2.
Just so I understand, you're suggesting that the HUD display more bars of health than it currently does, because it doesn't show all of your health above a certain amount? If so, +1. Kinda annoying that both the bottom and top health HUD elements don't show you all your health until it's too low.
