I have a Ash Tail Coat with Fire Resist Medium should I craft into Skolver or Vog Cub?
I have a Crown of the Fallen btw.

Statck Staus Resistances (unless Max then Branch)
For me I would stack Status UVs unless it is a Maximum, in which case I would branch (for defensive UVs I would always stack). So, here I would go Vog.
My first 5* FSC loadout was full Vog with a Grey Owlite Shield. Later, once I was used to FSC, I switched out a piece of Vog for Skolver (for the DMG bonus) and traded the Owlite for BTS (also, for damage bonus). Having UV Fire Med on the Vog would be nice in a case like this, because it would make that single Vog piece function like 1 1/4 Vog pieces in terms of Fire resistance.
I know you could say that scenario would work the same way if the Skolver piece had the UV Fire Med, but I later traded the Skolver piece of my FSC loadout for a Snarby piece and I will eventually go back to full Vog when I get around to crafting another Slash.
Vog will still marginally benefit from it. And it's a med,not a max (in wich case i would have made skolver/snarb no doubt)
The UV isnt a decision changer.
