I've been playing the game for a while and I FINNALY beat the snarbolax and quickly got to the hall of heroes mission. im going to complete it, but i still want to know if i can get to the hall of heroes without any missions.

To return to the hall to buy
To return to the hall to buy recipes, just begin the hall of hero mission again.
